Our Costa Rican Cacao comes from the Maleku indigenous community, supporting quality of life and gender equality amongst farmers. This smooth, creamy cacao energizes and uplifts the mind, body and spirit.
Our Guatemalan Cacao comes from a Mayan women’s collective - the only indigenous woman run business in their community. The cacao beans are gently toasted over a fire (just enough to loosen the shell), hand peeled, and milled with love by the wonderful women in this collective.

Directions: Place 1-4 tablespoons of cacao in a mug with hot water, half full. Add sweetener and spices to taste (optional). Use a milk frother to blend all ingredients together. Top off the mug with hot water or milk.
Alternatively, mix all ingredients together in a blender (with caution). Enjoy!
